• Lia is the main Anchor of her own show called "Roc City Tonight with Lia Lando" It's an infotainment show that features the top news stories of the day as well as health, business, entertainment and feature stories from around Western New York.

• Lia also co-anchors the 11 pm newscast weeknights.

• She is very involved in the community, supporting charities and organizations including the Golisano Children's Hospital annual Miracle Network Telethon. This year the telethon raised 4 million dollars for the cause. She is also involved in the MDA telethon.

2009-2010 News anchor- WIVB in Buffalo New York.

• During her time there she Anchored "Wakeup" and the 5:30 and 10PM Newscasts Monday through Friday before returning to Rochester.
